Reiki 1st degree is tailored to meet the needs of the beginner, it is designed to unveil your soul and activate your Reiki awareness.
Reiki is a method of hands on and remote energy healing, discovered by Dr Mikao Usui. Reiki remains a highly respected modality and practitioners are often present in British hospitals and hospices. Learning Reiki gives you access to powerful healing potential, both for yourself and loved ones.
Reiki cannot be channelled without an attunement, so attunements to Level 1 are included as part of the class.
In First Degree Reiki, you will learn to provide Reiki for yourself and friends and family, this is a precursor to the practitioners level that prepares you for practicing Reiki professionally. Included in the course -
- Reiki Level 1 Attunements – You are attuned to the Usui Reiki Level 1 energy to activate your awareness and healing potential
- Why use Reiki and How it works
- How to apply Reiki to yourself and loved ones
- How to deepen your connection to and practice of Reiki
- Certificate of completion
Charlotte is a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher who provides private instruction and public classes and attunements for this modality.
Classes are delivered LIVE via Zoom. Students will have access to my private facebook group for tarot students, where resources and the learning experience can be shared and discussed with like-minded happy souls.
You will need the following:
- A stable internet connection (as classes are delivered by live video sessions) Zoom Software - You can download it FREE here
- Earphones with a mic
- A quiet and peaceful space in which to sit whilst in class
