Trusting your inner guidance | Learn how to connect with your own TRUTH

When we awaken and begin to learn of spirituality and our own divinity, we seek guidance from many light workers to support us in our journey. Whether it is face to face readings, general reads on YouTube or consultations with mediums, healers and psychics, at some point, we hit a piece of advice that does not resonate or feel right to us. This can plunge us into massive confusion and for some it causes a great deal of distress. Not all Light Workers are made equal and whilst receiving an objective reading or message from a third party can be extremely helpful and enlightening, we must also learn to practice discernment so that we can trust ourselves first and foremost.

It is not just on our spiritual path that we rely on our inner radar. All day, every day, we are making decisions about how to move forward in any given task, conversation and circumstance and there are many outside forces that can influence these decisions, friends, family, co-workers, media and sometimes even complete strangers. Once you reconnect with your own inner compass, you are able to more easily navigate life and all that is, choosing wisely what serves you and what does not. Learning to trust and rely on yourself is an act of self love and acceptance and will support you in recognising that your best and most trusted guide is always your higher self. It will allow you to practice a higher level of discernment when you receive external guidance and how to filter it through your own layers of truth, so that you can accurately determine which guidance, whatever its source, serves your highest good.
